I took my explorer in for repair got a estimate to fix it I gave them the ok 1000.00 fix but got a call Friday to say it's ready but not fixed really don't know what's wrong with it. You are the professionals and after I have to pay them 1000.00 it's still got the same problem . Don't seem right to me. Service: Transmission

So my car was having a sensor issue. I took it there 3 times and had the computer checked. The 1st time she said it was a sensor outside my car and would only cost $150 to fix. Well I decided to wait until I would be off work. I came back left my car there. Got a call that the code was gone and they didnt wanna work on it if they was unsure of the code..after she had already said what it was. So I take my car cause i had to work. Took it back when it got worse the code was always gone each time it was checked. Today dropped it back down there cause it was messing up bad. She then calls and said Code was there. She tells me it will be $500 to fix and if they see metal pieces I would need my whole Transmission redone. I was confused cause she had said $150 originally. I called another place and they told me they are trying to rip me off. They said they could do it for $50. I then go pick my car back up and she asked if I wanted to fix it with them. I tell her no have someone else that wi
