Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have never given a google review but this was too much. If i could give zero or a negative rate I would for this place. Very unprofessional people, requested a quote online, then visited the store. The lady in the front desk gave me false information about the Service center being closed on October 10, 2022. Still I ended up going on sunday to place the deposit for the tires I needed. Having my rims being in PERFECT condition (just had them refinished by a professional shop) was the first thing i mentioned and asked if they have capable technicians and machines to perform the job. The answer i got was yes. Took my car for the tires to be replaced today, during drop off they mentioned they had to charge me more for the installation given the type of tires even though I had a quote for a lower price, I accepted and hoped for a professional job to be performed. The technician damaged and scratched the 4 rims of my car. When I brought this to the staff they gave unconvincing and pathetic

Worst place ever for tires! They should change their name. I bought Goodyear tires from them and purchased a warranty plan to fix flat tires. Total rip off. I’ve had so many flats (and not from nails). The lady told me the tires have a 65,000 mile warranty…I had them put on my car at 39,000 miles. She said because my CAR has 68,000 miles, she wouldn’t submit a warranty claim! They also quote you one price over the phone and when you get there, they quote you a higher price. This happened to the guy in line in front of me. He even told them he chose them bc of the price he was quoted. I’ve been coming here for 5 years but this was the last time! I will definitely take my service elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I came in to get my car serviced and there was no A/C in the waiting area/building. Over 90 degrees outside and no A/C?! Absolutely ridiculous, it was scorching and hard to breathe in there. It was honestly cooler outside than in the building. I won’t be coming back here
