I always trust the folks at Auto America. Have been going for years. Easy drop-off and pickup. Services needed done very well.

I am very disappointed and frustrated . I had left my car for repairs for 2 days plus extra day on my lunch break due to the very stiff steering wheel. I paid over 3 thousand dollars for repairs of the steering wheel and other things they found to be wrong in my car. The steering wheel is still very stiff and terrible to operate. I don’t feel safe on the road and it’s hard for me to turn. They told me everything is ok and they test drove it again and did some other Testing and to them the steering wheel Is ok and it must be my opinion that it’s stiff. I have EPS light on every time I turn on my car so how is it ok? It’s not ok!!!!! I am out of 3 thousand dollars and the problem is still not Solved not even mention Uber money I had to spend to go back and forth for days without a car. I am a customer of Auto America since years! I believe I started coming in 2018 or 2019 up until now but this situation is ridiculous. I am taking a car to Hyundai dealership to fix this problem and se
