Yates provided really excellent service - went in for a state inspection (knowing I was going to fail based upon my tires). When brought the reasonable bill and the resolution, I mentioned in passing that the timing was not the greatest due to taking care of my son, and they arranged to pick up the car and deliver it when the work was done without my request. Very happy with the professional service, and will work with them again!

In addition to those things that I checked off on this list ...Yates replaced my gasket and gasket cover. They cleaned up the oil that had dripped down in the pan of my car. The list seemed exhaustive, but it is what it is and needed to be done. Now I am riding good, confident and safe. My car drives like a dream. I am no longer worried about further damage, because all of what needed to be addressed was addressed to the fullest. I use to bring my Lincoln LS to Yates back in the day and was always pleased with their work. I am truly grateful, satisfied and happy with the quality of care and the turnaround time for getting all the work done.
