Hank, helped me get set up and took his time to help me with my concerns. It was a great experience starting from when I called in all the way to when I got picked up at home to pick up my car. My car had a few issues that were addressed and others that were brought to my attention after their inspection. I agreed on some of the needed repairs and they got it done in enough time for me to get off to work. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at an auto shop. I will bring my car here from now on. Thank you so much Hank and team.

Rarely do I say 'I'm glad I got the flyer' but I really am I did this time and used it. I utilized their alignment service, that incidentally beat the price of our normal place so I thought I would give it a try. As soon as I opened the door, I was really impressed by the clean waiting room, friendly greeting & professionalism, especially by Trevor. To top it off, although they were running a bit behind they engaged a car service that brought me home so my day wasn't wasted in a waiting room! THAT was the icing on the cake and the difference maker. I was prepared for an upsell upon checkout, who isn't, but they only pointed out what needed to be addressed and that was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be back...probably for tires as they price match even Costco! Much thanks!!!

I’ve been using Wiygul on Pickett St for 7 years. As always, they provided me with excellent service on my recent visit. I appreciate the customer service and the thoroughness of the work they do. Each time I take my car in they conduct a thorough inspection and provide me with detailed report on the condition of my car. They also help me prioritize the work that needs immediate attention due to inspection/safety requirements and repairs that could be deferred for a later time. I appreciate them laying out all the details and giving me the information to make a decision on the work I want to have done. I moved to the area seven years ago and didn’t know anyone in the area and I was not familiar with the local businesses. Since my first visit Wiygul has provided exceptional service. They are also one of the few businesses that took the time to know my name and to this day they still greet me by name when I walk up to the front desk.
