Caliber Collision

Bad service. Car has been repaired for 3 months now and a couple of times received information my car was ready, but it always turned off it was not. A lot of excuses, but it is just a result of very poor management and unreliable contractors. Today informed my car will be ready next week (although should have been ready this week) . The company is a joke. My friends had same experience. Don’t recommend. UPDATE from 09/22/2023: again a delay. This time after 3 months they informed me that seatbelt does not work and they need to replace it. The funny think is: when I left the car with them everything was fine with ALL the seatbelts. So, be aware Calliber Collision is NOT a reliable partner and make sure they do not overcharge you for issues they did NOT exist when you handed over you car to them

Worse experience I’ve had after a accident getting towed there car sat for 9 days with nothing no estimate no nothing then they call me on the 9th day and say they don’t have the equipment to work on my car. But yet you’re a national company and it’s an average car. Thanks for wasting my time Service: Body & Trim

Had car trouble over Easter weekend while out of town. My vehicle was towed and delivered via my insurance to the Alexandria, VA location April 10. Repairs, (break caliper and tie rod, both were drivers side front) completed and finally ready for me to pick up June 10. The vehicle had to be towed to another location to, “expedite repairs” and it still took 10 weeks. Was told once a week, for 3 weeks leading up to my vehicle finally being ready that, “my parts had come in, the cars in the partnered shop and should hopefully be ready this week”. I was told that exact thing 3 weeks in a row. Finally pick up my vehicle June 10 and was charged $175 for the vehicle to be towed to the separate location. “Expedited repairs” took 2 and a half months and cost almost $200 to make that happen?? If god forbid, you have car problems in the NoVA area avoid this place like the plague.
