I was impressed with the entire process - the estimate process was quick and easy. Reggie was friendly and explained everything including post-repair care to ensure the work stayed in good condition. I appreciated the daily updates so I knew how the repair was coming along. In addition to great work, I really appreciated the interior cleaning- this was a surprise! Great work and I definitely recommend!
Reggie was super helpful and got me in at short notice for an inspection. Not only was he really friendly, he was extremely honest with me and helped to fix my car and get me on my way in no time. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone worried/anxious about your repairs, you’re in good hands!
Dropped my vehicle off about a week ago. Very quick turnaround as They repaired and finished in a very short time. First photo is the repair and the first 3 was after accident. Caliber Collision Mt. Vernon was extremely helpful, super easy process and transition to get my car fixed. Damian communicated often and was knowledgeable. They washed inside & out upon arrival, also gave clear instructions on care for 90 days to protect paint & repairs. 10/10 experience. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
