If you're looking for a responsive reliable mechanic for a foreign vehicle, I'd recommend Capitol Hill Auto Service. In September of LAST year, I brought one of my vehicles in to be diagnosed for service, an Audi. I worked with Nick. He noted that a part was on back order and it would take some time. I followed up on many, many occasions. He often said "I'll check and call you back in X minutes". He'd never call back, follow up, or anything. He's been telling me the part is on delay for over SEVEN months. I took the car to Capitol Hill Auto Services and within 1 week, they order the parts from Audi, once arrived they completed all repairs in 1 business day. My time and energy was wasted with Nick/Bradham and their lack of professionalism and communications. I refuse to work with anyone who doesn't follow up when THEY provide the timeframe in which they would do so. Also, when I originally took the car in for diagnostic with Bradham and picked it up, the same day it was making loud nois

The service performed was fine and at a reasonable price. I did not like the pressure tactics applied to perform additional work as a result of the "courtesy" inspection. Manager said I needed multiple fluid changes due to severe driving conditions in our area. Looked at Subaru definition of these and none applied to northern Virginia. Also told I needed to have tires rotated and balanced. Mileage is 45k so expect to replace them in next 5 to 10k so why pay for this service? Also told me battery was leaking and needed replaced. This was a new battery that was 6 months old and looked ok after I looked at it. Bradham has lost credibility with me as a customer.

The guys at Bradham worked on my Prius and replaced the shocks and struts. They did a great job and I am very happy with the results. They were quick and did quality work and the price was right. I would highly recommend them. Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto maintenance
