I normally don’t leave reviews for places, but I just have to share my experience at this Pep Boys. Daniel was so kind and went above and beyond with my service at this shop. I’ve never had someone walk me thru what’s going on with my vehicle and take me to see it in person. It helped me understand what I was paying for. He was so personable and such a pleasure to work with.
Andy worked on my car and he is amazing!! He didn't stop till he figured out the strange thing my car was doing. I am so happy with my trip to them today!!! Andy is great! I want him for every repair I need !
Thank you to Blake and Bruce for helping me figure out which windshield wipers were the right fit for my car. Two different sized front and 1 rear - and the good advice on how to hold and turn the new wiper blades properly when I couldn't get them to attach!
