Last year, I slammed on my brakes to avoid hitting a dog on the road (he left the road just fine in case you need to know) and we had no idea what was going on when the brakes just... stopped working? It was scary. We took our car in to M1 this time because it was the closest to our house and we could drive it as slow as possible over there to ensure we were still safe. These wonderful people were so quick, efficient, and communicative. We knew within a couple hours what all was wrong (there was a lot), what they had to do, and how much it was going to cost. The only wait we had was when they had to send out for some parts (which is completely understandable!). From the time that they had my car to the time that it was finished, the only time they weren't actively working on it was when they physically couldn't. I’ve had M1 Auto work on my vehicle twice now. I have had a variety of services preformed from a new fuel pump to a new alternator & battery. I can hands down say I trust them and recommend them for others who are in search of a honest/trustworthy mechanic. Both times I got my car back the next day-and that’s with multiple repairs being done to it! Not only are they thorough with their work, they update on the process/straight forward with what needs to be done, and get you back on the road safely!
