Thank you Greg for taking excellent care of me Saturday. This was a return visit - Repair was a "process not an event......." Took such great care in getting me handled quickly and out. Your customer service and HONESTY about WHAT is HAPPENING with one's car?? Is sincerely, truly appreciated!!!! THE BEST!!
Took my car in for an oil change. They told me the last shop that changed the oil stripped the drain plug. I took it back to the old shop, they said if they had stripped the plug it would have already been leaking, which it wasn't. After Hillside changed the oil, they told me it was fine, but it "might" start leaking. They made no recommendation to replace it themselves. I drove the car home and came out an hour later to a large pool of oil under the car. I'm now paying another shop to fix the damage Hillside did to my car for a simple oil change.
The best auto store I even been! I had a bolt on my tire. They check it and fix it with in half hour! They save my life!
