Wofford's European Car

The team from Wofford's got me in quickly and finished the car ahead of schedule. They have given us advice in the past that helped save us money with an Audi warranty issue that the local Audi dealer did not let us know. Service: Brakes

The bottom line- Stop wasting your time anywhere else, just bring your car here. I was having trouble with my 2016 Audi Q5 and signs were pointing to a failing high pressure fuel pump. I had been chatting with the dealer and was getting the run around on diagnostics and getting gouged in estimates. I made one frustrated call to Wofford's to try my luck there. I was fortunate enough to get Dan on the phone who listened to the information I had gathered, asked a few thoughtful questions, and explained to me a little bit more about my car's system in a way I could understand without being degrading in any manner. After a 20 min phone call with him, I felt so much better about the plan of action. They got my car in for diagnostics, and quickly let me know what was happening. Estimate was provided on repairs and education was provided on other areas that may be of concern down the line (and a reasonable best estimate of when I may see those problems arise).
