Downtown Auto Body

These guys are great. I brought my car into the fine folks of Downtown Autobody after hitting a shovel on the freeway. They did a great job on the damaged bumper, and got the car back to me quickly. The car was damaged at their facility, however, which I thought at the time was going to be a nightmare to deal with. However, the staff was honest and upfront about the mistake and took care of me again, in the same quick, accommodating fashion, at a time that suited me. The detail and paint work is great, and I would recommend them for body work to anyone based on their personable, family attitude, the quickness of the work done, and professionalism. For a small shop these guys really have a good thing going.

Downtown Auto Body is the best body shop in Salt Lake. I’ve had my car repaired there in march this year, and the service was beyond my supposition. The staff is professional, friendly, and repaired my car to look just like new. I would recommend Downtown Auto Body to anyone who wants a timely, experienced work done at a very equitable price.

We will definitely be using them again in the future. Not only did they fix my wife's car on time but they also spent the extra time to clean the interior/exterior as well as clean our foggy head lights making our car look nicer than when we had bought a couple years ago.
