Roses Auto Body

I was side swiped requiring body work to fix. I have a black Infiniti Qx70 Sport. I took my car to the Infiniti dealership and they recommended Roses (dealership doesn’t do auto body work) so I thought for sure they would do a great job repairing. I washed my car inside and out prior to dropping it off to Roses. When picked up my car, it was filthy inside and out. They didn’t bother to wash the outside nor clean up their mess on the inside. They replaced my bumper with what looked to be a used bumper (scratches all over), but insisted it was new from the dealership, left white residue in several places where they repaired side swipe area, scratches from a dirty cloth, and I asked them to touch up other chips in paint while there and it wasn’t done. The owner Jeff did make the effort to call me and have me bring my vehicle back in; I did, but the second time wasn’t much better. They offered to replace bumper but I passed since I would be out of a vehicle again and this time a rental wou

Roses Body Shop is a class act in today's day and age. Brought a truck in that needed some body and detail work on it. They got it done ASAP. Nicest guys. And just overall genuine and honest. Did an excellent job on my Hyundai Palisade, never could tell there was any damage. They got me in fast and completed the work in a relatively timely manner. John was extremely helpful. Will go here again, if needed.
