They lied to me right out the gate. All I wanted was to have my van hooked up to an obd scanner. Then we could've gone from there. But they insisted I had to book an appointment for a week and a half out. Then they proceeded to tell me that they most likely wouldn't find any codes so they would have to have me drop the van off for them to charge me 130 dollars an hour to fix it. So I took or to autozone. Took5 minutes diagnose

A couple weeks ago I had an out of town employee who’s husband was life flighted to the UofU medical center with severe injuries. My employee drove her car several hours to attend. There was a problem with the car needing quick attention so my employee could take her spouse back home. I called Mike who worked this car in between other appointments and took a look. The issue was dealt with quickly and accurately, and my employee was able to drive back home without concern. Mike and his crew bent over backwards to help when they were already busy. I can’t say enough about their efforts, how I was dealt with during this tragic event, and my overall gratitude to Mike and his team. Thank you so very much! We need more folks like you in every community :)

Brakes were squealing on stop and was worried about pads getting thin or something worse. Stopped by with no appointment and they were able to look at my vehicle right away. Within 10 minutes they explained that my pads and rotors looked good and the squealing wasn’t a concern(possibly a stuck dirt particle that isn’t a concern). They said no repairs were needed and were extremely honest saying anything they would do wouldn’t be worth the cost or labor. I’ve never met such a genuine mechanic. Finding a trustworthy location in car repair is quite difficult nowadays but this business earned mine and will be my go to repair shop from now on! THANK YOU MIKE PALMER AUTOMOTIVE!
