Dave (fairly confident that was his name) was absolutely phenomenal. As a woman, I am used to having to be on my toes anytime I need auto repairs, as I am seen as an easy target - but not here. I was given answers to every question I asked, and thorough and complete explanations. When they needed to order a different (and more expensive) part than they originally included in my quote, they were able to honor the quote. Will come back any time I’m in need.
The crew at Master Autotech was fast and fair. Got my truck in, welded the crack in my exhaust same day, and priced it very fairly. Highly recommend.
