These folks are seriously amazing. They took on my car and it’s issues which were too much for most mechanics in the area to want to deal with. They were awesome communicating what was happening and super nice about it all to boot! I’ve had a lot of car issues this past year and it really makes a difference to have people who are interested in working with you and making it a good experience. Thanks to everyone at Lok!
Consistent and affordable service! Been a client for about two years now and always enjoy stopping by for regular maintenance and getting to see the shop dogs. Had a nut over tightened on my prior service that made it tough to do my oil change at home, but otherwise stellar service.
The dudes at lok auto have serviced my van same day as I needed it. Always give great customer service and do great work on the van. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in the Salt Lake area!
