I brought my car in for a routine oil change, and they almost destroyed my transmission. Instead of changing the oil, they drained my transmission fluid and then overfilled the oil. Luckily, I only drove it for about 5 minutes before I had to pull over, otherwise I probably would have needed to get a new transmission. I used to work here and the owner is a liar in many ways. For starters he uses clients cars for his own errands and allows employees to use them as personal vehicles at times. He has had a vehicle towed for driving his OWN clients car without insurance or registration. Cars constantly get tickets he will leave your car far away from his shop for weeks. He runs up miles on clients vehicles and it’s completely unnecessary. When changing parts at times 95% of a job is done and the remaining 5% will have you coming back to pay more and make it appear as new problems. A job should be done right the first time. A fake smile can go a long way and Miguel knows how to manipulate clients.
