Amazing experience at Caliber. They were ready to help me immediately when i dropped my vehicle off. Rental car ready, had me in and out in no time. My car is always treated with such care. Today, an enraged man came into the lobby, lashing out at everyone. The WONDERFUL, kind and patient women at the front desk handled the situation with poise and confidence. They handled this situation with every ounce of integrity and had the man leave. Everyone remained calm and I have so much respect for each and every one of them. David is the most caring and honest individual. Amy continued conducting her job after the issue as if nothing happened. Her composure was impeccable. Amazing, amazing job to all of these people. I will not bring my car anywhere else!
Caliber Collision did a five star repair on our truck after it was hit in an accident. Everyone was very friendly & professional & I was very impressed by their communication updates. They also coordinated with our rental car company so that they were waiting for me when I arrived to drop off the truck. The repair looks great!
