The transmission they put in for me lasted just long enough for the warranty to expire then failed miserably!!! Took it back to them and they said it needs a new one and the prices have gone up a third more from a little over a year, you tell me does that kind of service deserve more than one star?
Have been taking my cars in for repairs for about 4 or 5 years now. I have always been treated fairly and they do good work. Every time they actually show me the broken or worn part so I can see for myself what is wrong. Also, they have a guy who is expert at diagnosing electrical problems. I had taken my van to another shop and was quoted $1200 for a new computer. Brothers diagnosed it and corrected a wiring issue for less than $200. They run a clean shop and do excellent
I came in from out of town with a transmission failure expecting the worst. I called several transmission shops to be told shocking quotes until I called Brothers. I was quoted a price I knew was inline with the repair needed and the work was top quality and service was prompt and well above what I hoped for. I would recommend Brothers like any of the shops I use in Phoenix as they are an excellent place of business.
