The mechanic was awesome. He asked a lot of questions and helped me over the phone!! I would highly recommend this place. These guys just went to get you back on the road!
Had an alternator put in and it had gone bad over the warranty. Shane still helped me out and got it replaced only to find that may have not even been the issue. Dealership wanted 4 times the amount and couldn't find the issue with the vehicle without charging me to fix something Shane had already done. Without hesitation Shane took my car back in and spent a good amount of time explaining and showing me first hand how things work and why he had the inclination of the issue. Got my car back on the road and also let me know of some things he had found that may need attention in the future. Extremely grateful for his patience and knowledge! Highly recommend this company.
