I was so pleasantly surprised at the service at McNeil’s. It’s that old school service you don’t see anymore that goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. Because I only had the one car that was being serviced, they ordered a Lyft for me to and from my house so I could still work from home. Incredibly friendly staff (Manny and John are my favorite) with fair pricing. Will never go anywhere else! Thanks for taking such good care of us! Service: Brake service & repair

I called AAA to get a dead battery jumped. Kimberly from McNeil's Towing arrived much faster than the ETA provided by AAA. She jumped the battery and got the car running. Then she tested the battery and confirmed we needed to replace the old battery. She expertly removed the old battery and installed the new battery while the car was running so that none of the vehicle computer settings were lost. She was a pleasure to work with, and I am confident the work was done correctly. Service: Auto battery replacement
