Truthfully, the repairs look great! And the mechanic went out of his way to polish our headlights. But the major problem with this shop is the lack of communication. I was told they’d have the car for 4-5 days, possibly a little longer. The car was in the shop for a month. I got one update from them at about day 4, then no more unless I called, to which return calls were never made back to me. I had spoke with Hailey multiple times about some less visual issues caused by the accident. When I went to pick up the car those issues were not taken care of. The car had to go back 3 separate times after it had been there for a month. And by the last time I was super frustrated, but still tried to remain kind. The window washer fluid tank was broken, they replaced it, but didn’t fill or even test to make sure it worked. We filled it, it didn’t work. The other issues not taken care of that were discussed at the initial estimate as well as multiple times over the phone with Hailey was a tire iss

Mike was polite and professional and very helpful "working with" the insurance! I would like to thank Ashley (manager) Dakota (body) Matt (paint) and Chance (detail) for all the work they did on my 2021 F350 Tremor!
