Valley Collision

We had a piece of rain gutter blow off our roof and land on our new 4Runner. We went to one shop that wanted us to make an appointment so we decided to see who was in the old Stegens. We found Valley collision now owns it. We told them what had happened and Jacob took a look and brought back a buffer worked on it for quite a while. When we tried to pay him he would not accept any money. Valley collision, and Jacob went above and beyond what they needed to. We found a new body shop!

I had a car hit me and her insurance wanted me to bring my car to Valley. When I pulled in Tab greeted me as I parked and showed me where the office was, he came over to look at my truck and explained the whole process and what to expect. He explained the likely outcome and what to expect from a insurance. The entire time he seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. I'm usually not very easily impressed. If you want a shop that is going to treat you like an actual person, this is the place to go. Body work isn't cheap so expect to pay a fair price for the work. if valley says it's 5k in damages then that's what it is. Thanks Tab for calling and leaving a VM to keep me updated.

My work car needed a minor repair, the shop staff were very friendly and exceptionally quick to get everything done. While I hope I don't need them again, I will definitely return if I have to.
