Medina Auto Repair

Recently I broke the passenger door on my car and a friend recommended Jose Medina to me, the owner of Medinas Auto repair, telling me that he can fix it at an affordable price. It was easy to find the shop and get ahold of him, but after examining the car he failed to give me any quote regarding the price range, so watch out for that. When I came for the car, he gave a decent price at $240 dollars, and that got the door to open and close just fine. The dent was still there, untouched. He also hadnt replaced a little metal bar that keeps the door from swinging open. I also noticed that the interior of both front doors had small black smudges on them and a small one in the back interior. I paid him and went on my way just fine. I have an app that rates my driving that is connected to the computer in my car and I just noticed that while my car was "in the shop", it had been driven to: North Ogden (where it was left outdoors over night), Roy, back and forth from the shop, Smiths, a trailo

Left my car there for him to find out the problem. I told him wat I knew it was. But jst wanted another opinion. Got back and all he told me that it was something else. He didn’t bother to even try and look for the problem, cause that’s the reason I left it there anyways for him to diagnose it. And he still charged me for pretty much not finding anything when I’m the first place I took it there for the problem to be found. Waste of my money and time for him to Jst tell me when I picked up the car, these r his exact words” ITS SOMETHING ELSE” like really, I expected him to tell me wat to fix.
