Took my 2013 Chevy Cruze in. I knew it was having issues but wasn't sure what exactly. Turns out there was a LOT. Master Muffler was great though! They are very thorough, examining all aspects of the car. They were able to find several issues, with each one they called to ask if they could move forward and we're transparent with the pricing which was great. They gave it back to me and unfortunately something was still wrong. I returned and they were so accommodating. They checked over everything and I received the best care. They even gave me an extremely good deal. The only downside is it took about three weeks, but I'd chalk that up to thorough work. I'd recommend them.

JJ provides great customer service. The team here has years of experience and will help you find the correct solution. Great prices with knowledge and explanation. Very easy process to fix my cars exhaust. I will absolutely take my car here for future needs again.

Took my Jeep in on a snowy busy day and they made time. I appreciated the video of work they did and work they recommend doing soon. Upon picking up right before closing one of the mechanics seen me wiping snow off the windows with my hand and ran out to clean it off for me.
