This place was paid by my insurance company. They placed parts on order and failed to follow up on the parts. After 14 weeks of waiting (3.5 months) for the parts I called several times for updates. The lady from Collision was boarder-line condescending to me and couldn’t seem to get me off the phone fast enough. I called the manufacturer directly and the order was placed 3 weeks ago… not 3.5 months ago as Caliber Collision claimed. I followed up politely with them several times and only after my direct involvement did they actually check the status. Once this place gets paid you can forget about them caring if your vehicle ever gets fixed. I can’t even close the hood of my vehicle correctly because they never followed up with the parts or repairs. I complained about this when picking up the vehicle and I was assured it would be fixed. That was the last time anyone even acted like they cared about my repair. Once the insurance company paid them I was treated like an inconvenience. Serv

My vehicle was completely damaged in the front grill,AC compressor, and radiator! They were so helpful and very nice! My vehicle was done in less time than expected. I definitely would recommend using this business for your vehicle. Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Painting, Welding
