Family owned business. Just as great now as when I first used them years ago. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, informative, and very helpful. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They do great work. I got rear ended. They replaced my bumper with an original manufacturer one and painted it. Looks brand new. I was happy when the other guy's insurance listed Beckstrom as one of the repair shops. I won't take my vehicle(s) anywhere else. Amazing customer service and repair work!

it’s a little off how people take cars in this place and it takes 4-6 weeks for cars to even come out for the smallest things. how it should take no longer then a week to fix after parts have been shipped in normally. i wouldn’t doubt their joy-riding these people cars. not just that there’s other factors too, their very disrespectful to their people
