Ryan was our mechanic and he was wonderful! Our truck was giving him a run for his money but he took the time to make sure it was completely fixed and running how it should. I appreciate the extra time it took him and will definitely hire him in the future! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the lack of communication through the whole process was a little frustrating for me. I had to reach out to the company or to Ryan to check in or ask for updates. I would have loved to get an update without having to ask first but also understand that they are busy and have a business to run but that is my only complaint. Ryan provided really great service and is one of the kindest individuals I’ve ever met!

My wife's son needed to drive from Utah to our house in Washington State, but found the battery dead in the am. Even jumping with another car, didn't help. He had just moved to Ogden two weeks earlier and had no tools. I found Auto Repair Ogden Utah online. Dan and John had come by and originally did not fix the overheating issue, needless to say I was upset. I called and talked to Morgan, who was very knowledge and patient. John came out and in one simple move of replacing my radiator cap, made my cooling system even better than it was before the overheating???? Have more patience than I did and these guys will fix your problem and save you money, Plus! They wil come to you!
