Chad & Kieth & office gal at Arnold's Auto are amazing! When ever I call they are friendly, patient listening to thoughts and concerns with vehicle issues. Even when my son and I were stuck on the side of the road they came and towed our vehicle back to the shop! I will not go to any other shop! Quite disappointed. I had been taking 4 of my vehicles to Arnold's for 5 years. Last time was for a hydraulic fluid leak in a Jaguar convertible. Before properly diagnosing the actual problem the one mechanic on duty had fully cut the hydraulic tubing at the hydraulic pump. I was told a couple of different times that they were still attempting to get the required tubing. After literally months of waiting on the tubing to arrive it never did. I then took the car directly to the Jaguar dealership in SLC. Within 2 days the tubing was ordered and arrived and was installed. The origin of the leak was the hydraulic fluid reservoir container not the tubing. $500 for the tubing that if it hadn't been cut was perfectly fine. Add the labor of the Jaguar mechanic to install the tubing and the bill was over $1000. Arnold's typically does good work but they certainly didn't get it done in a timely manner nor did they diagnose the problem correctly so I'm out $1000+ for nothing. They have too much b

Chad is awesome! I came in to have my trucks heater looked at due to it blowing cold air. I was expecting to have the problem found and schedule a time to bring it back but Chad called and said they could fix it the same day. The heater works great now. They do honest work which is hard to find these day. I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend. Service: Auto maintenance
