Great Auto Shop, every location from them is great, but this one replaced my snow tires free of charge as a special, and let me know my normal tires needed a replacement! 10/10 service and very nice people.
So thankful for their help! Walked in with no appointment and they provided a full tire alignment and an oil change, and got it done in an hour. From out of town so glad to have a shop I can trust while traveling. Thank you!
So I wrote a 1 star review and Management replied stating I brought in a old bald tire but that was not me… my tire was fairly new and purchased at point S. I even spoke with Steve who told me he would remove that reply. So this bad review is for the broken promise by Steve. Another reason not to trust Point S with something as important as your tires. I will also add Big O off 48th was able to repair that tire for no charge the same day Point S told me it would be 4 hours before they would look at it.
