I went there, in desperation, my new/ used (267,000 miles) Mercedes C350 needed to be licensed, however it was throwing codes. Zack was immediately welcoming and assured me that Melvin could take of it. Melvin more than took care of my Mercedes, he stayed after hours to make sure everything was working and repaired properly.
