The staff at the shop was friendly and approachable. They successfully addressed the gas smell issue inside the car and restored the functionality of the AC. However there is a squeaking noise when the AC is turned on, which should have been considered as an immediate concern but was not given proper attention despite being brought to their notice. The overall quality of the full diagnostic service is questionable. The tires were not checked (low tire pressure) and a leak on the engine was not reported. While I appreciate the pleasant personalities of the staff, I would not recommended this shop to beginner drivers due to the issues mentioned above.

I was referred to Mike’s to have work done on my 1976 Ford Bronco. I was not disappointed. Their communication was flawless. Their estimate was spot on. Their work was second to none. Their price was exactly right and I would’ve gladly paid 30% more for their work. It’s just that good. You can clearly see how much they care about customer vehicles.
