Just an update of our post one month ago by CSSB Samuelson…. We got online and called different RV salvage places and found the part ourselves at VisionOne. Cost us $798.00 and we put it in ourselves… Automotion charged us $5500 , kept it for more than 70 days and never found the part …NEVER do business here… we are still waiting for a $798.00 refund for a part they ordered that didn’t work and they charged us for it anyway…. Very dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of this company. My dad was charged $5400 for something they never ever fixed. They even acknowledged they couldn’t fix it and ordered wrong parts and my dad was charged. They had his motorhome for months and never did anything to help resolve the issues. Stay away
Not the most communication, but the service is good and they don't over charge labor. Honest about parts, very busy (I take it as a good sign) all in all very satisfied
