The service department is excellent. I’m always able to get an appt in a timely manner. The waiting areas are pleasant. They do offer me a ride if my appointment is going to take very long too. They are very efficient and professional.

Great service! There is also a nice waiting area. I went to get a new battery in my car. When I got in my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been vacuumed and the windows were cleaned. I had just driven 5 hours and had a lot of bugs on my windshield before they cleaned it. Update: They are doing some sort of construct inside. Service wasn't affected, but the office area is a bit cramped.

Ive never bought a car here, but Ive brought my ford vehicles in for service a handful if times, because I felt i could trust a ford dealership to handle the issues, BUT each time its a mess!! Each time ive had to bring the vehicles back because the original job was never done right!! Ive tried to be patient and understanding, BUT if they cant do a decent job the first time, im done with them!! Im looking for someone else to service my vehicle after this last visit there!! No more, Im done.
