Have issues every time I come in. Horrible customer service. They won't take dirty oil either. Brought in used oil and they said it wasn't oil. Lol. I also always have issues with ordering and everyone in there is in a mood usually. I'd give no stars if I could.

Employee made sure I had the right dome light before I purchased the product. The fuse worked lighting up my car interior. Well worth the stop.

I haven't been to O'Reilly for years. I stopped in to see if they would check my battery. I felt a little bad asking for their help because it was so cold outside and it was dark. One of the employees, Owen, said he would be happy to check my battery. I was impressed. I could tell he was genuinely wanting to help. We were outside for 15 minutes and at no time did Owen seem put-out by having to be out in the cold. When we went back inside, another employee, Wyatt helped me. He was looking up a bunch of parts on the computer. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. Again, I could tell that he genuinely likes his job and wanted to help. It was refreshing to go to a place where you don't feel like your a burden to the workers if you need help. Thanks Wyatt and Owen!
