They were very busy that day and I was worried it was going to take a long time. They assessed my needs and were able to take care of me quickly! They even gave me some good recommendations for other work I needed to have done on my vehicle, which was very helpful. Service: Oil change

It was a busy time when we arrived, it appeared to me that they were able to work on 2 cars at a time in each bay, but that was not the case so the wait time was significant. If we would have been given the information that it would take an hour or more, we could have gone and entertained ourselves during that time. The service technicians that ultimately worked on my care was great, there was a problem with the oil filter and he was patient and worked through the issue with care.

Jiffy Lube performed an emissions test and an on the spot registration for us. Although they were busy, they were very efficient in working vehicles through their system. We expected to wait 30 minutes before they could start on my car, but they had it finished in less than 20 minutes. ????
