A family owned business that will do you right. Ethan was so generous, and gave us an excellent discount for four new brake pads on my mom's car. We were so grateful. He also got us in the day we came even though the shop was definitely booked that day. All-in-all super pleased, and I plan on going back with future car needs. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was super satisfied with pretty much everything. My only feedback was that I had just gotten an oil change done prior to coming to his shop (the same week), and Ethan's Honest gave me an oil change and filter change during some of my other repairs. I never cleared this to take place. This was even after I had told them that I just got my oil changed and did not need new oil. I didn't notice this extra $55 charge until I got home, which was super disappointing. I would like a refund for this part of the service since I had a brand new oil filter and new oil in the car but they still changed it out. Having said that, I'll still be coming to Ethan's in the future, I just really wish they had taken more detailed notes in the initial consultation. Services: Auto maintenance, Vehicle maintenance

I can’t say enough good about Ethan and his business. He’s personable, caring, and never tries to upsell me. Not only has he worked on our cars, I’ve called him to ask his opinion about future car purchases and he’ll take the time out of his day to brainstorm with me and give me honest answers. I recommend this place to everyone we talk to about car maintenance.
