I was NOT told I had a bad battery. That is absolutely NOT true. And how does a vehicle that didn’t start now have 2 additional codes that didn’t previously exist? That’s an interesting question. You can be upset because I used 1 foul word but please do not lie about what I was and was not told about my vehicle. What I was told when I called to check on it on Wednesday because I had not received an update was it would be ready Thursday. So when I received the call at approximately 3pm Thursday thinking it was to tell me the vehicle was ready it was quite surprising that the call was that the part was “lost in transit” with no timeline of arrival or repair. 1 star only because zero or negative are not allowed. Horrible customer service. lackadaisical, could care less attitude they have your vehicle or when it might get fixed. This place is pretty awesome. They are pretty quick to finish the job, they are pretty affordable, and they are nice as well. I've never had a problem with them and don't suspect I ever will.
