I’ve come to CVA for different car troubles 3x in the past year and each time they have done high quality work in a timely manner. In one instance, Spencer stayed late to fix the exhaust so I could take my car home the same day I brought it in. He also always does an excellent job of explaining what is wrong so I feel like I understand my car better. Another time, I had trouble with the window on my car and they shipped in a new window regulator specific to the car model instead of cutting corners by using a generic regulator. Overall CVA is a great shop with knowledgeable and skilled employees and I will continue to take my car there.

I came in to correct an error that had been made at another shop on my car and the manager Spencer helped fix it right away. He totally knew what he was doing and was super nice about the whole process. I came away feeling like I understood my own car better as well. Absolutely loved my experience here. Spencer too the time to hear a detailed story of what was wrong and explained the possible issues and potential solutions. I felt like he was concerned about wasting my time and money and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. It was the best experience I've had with an auto mechanic.
