AutoZone Auto Parts

I went in to get a new battery for my car, they said that they could install it for me if I waited for someone to be available. They even said they would give me a 10% discount for the wait, awesome. I waited for a bit, then they attempted to put the battery in my car. 40 minutes later they ended up not being able to do it because my car was too ‘advanced’ and had different wired parts. I get that! So I took the new battery to have it be installed by the dealership (on my own dime) and Autozone said I could keep the old battery. Fast forward a week, I got the new battery put in and now I have the old one. I call Autozone and they said they’d give me money for the old one, great! When I get there they look it up and said they already paid me for the battery, discounted it when I bought the new one. “But thanks for bringing this back in.” And kept my old battery! Always helpful. Ordered an alternator. Came on time At the North AutoZone. Needed A serpentine wrench. They had one to rent at the south end. Young man came outside with a v-meter to confirm I replaced it properly. I didn't ask him to do that. Great service both ends of town.
