This shop has been fantastic! We had a lot of trouble with a 2011 Audi we purchased and they have been nothing but helpful. Super transparent with the issues and work that needed/needs to be done. Told us what they would recommend doing right away to get it in drivable condition and what could wait so we knew where the budget should be. We weren't able to go ahead with the work right away and they had no issues. I cannot recommend them enough for imported cars! So helpful, friendly, kind and understanding!

If I could give 6 stars I would. I've worked with many auto service businesses and this is one of the best experiences I've had. They communicated very well with me, always giving an update on repair. I was quoted a price for the repair and even though they ran into issues during the repair and it took them longer, and more man power to complete the job, they stuck to their price. They didn't come back to me and add to my bill. I felt they are very honest and I wasn't worried about upselling. If you need service, I'd highly recommend them. If I could leave a 10 stars I would! Edgar in the front counter was a wonderful person to help me out with my car. When I had questions he answered in no biggy! Respectful young man and an excellent worker!
