Miguel did an excellent job and went above and beyond to fix my car issues. I felt he was honest and had great communication. My car kept having a small start up sputter even after we changed spark plugs due to sputtering while driving, he looked at it three more times until it was discovered it had a bigger issue with coolant seeping into the cylinder, which is something I'm working out with the dealer now. Miguel and his team are always knowledgeable, do great work and have very fair prices. They've never gouged me or recommended superficial work to create more business for themselves. They schedule and complete work in a timely manner. I trust them completely!

I have a VW Jetta that is normally serviced and maintained by the folks at Young Volkswagen in Layton. I get the oil and regular maintenance work done by them when these are due. Unfortunately, when I contacted them about scheduling an appointment to get my car looked at, they could not get me in for about 3 weeks. My problem was that the reservoir was just not retaining or holding any of the coolant, so I was not able to drive it. At that point I decided to contact Chesty's Auto due to their favorable reviews. I spoke to Miguel and he said to bring it in and he will look at it. He also referred me to someone that could tow my vehicle over to his shop (whom I used). I think my car sat on his property for over a week before he finally looked at it (which if he had said when I first talked to him that he couldn't look at then - I could have taken it to someone else that might have expedited the repairs).
