Poooooor customer service! I sold my car to a young kid and had my tires rotated and oil change at the Big O in Taylorsville the day before. He got a flat tire and took it in to Kaysville Big O and they said the lug nut was as stripped and charged him $120 for an $8 dollar part (which was not even the same lug nut as the rest of them) I talked to Efron with management who told me he lives in the “real world” and doesn’t care what I have to say. I spoke to the owner, he continued to say he had never seen the car before, refuses to help work something out. It was obvious between the two shops having worked on it, something should have been worked out and this Kaysville location did not care whatsoever. They were awful to talk to on the phone. The Big O down here in Taylorsville said they would of fixed it not charging anywhere near that amount and is still willing to put on a matching lug nut free of charge. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I am shocked how horrible they handled this situation

They have always been helpful in answering questions and getting my vehicles taken care of. They also offer a wide variety of services, including free flat repair. Their services are reasonably priced.
