The morning of Monday, March 20, 2023 I made my yearly visit for my vehicle inspection. This visit I added a front end alignment. A young man was sweeping the floor and carpet where customers were seated. After a few minutes, the older blonde headed, Caucasian cashier came in from the shop and asked me to come with him. When we reached my vehicle he explained the front end alignment couldn't be performed because of the tire rod and my vehicle would fail inspection for another problem. I told him to fail it, so I could take my vehicle to the my repair shop. It took a while before my vehicle was ready. When the man rang me up, there was a $49.90 charge. I asked what did they do? He explained they performed a partial alignment. I informed him he didn't state this was being performed ad he should have informed me BEFORE they performed it. He apologized and informed me I probably wouldn't be charged for a complete alignment when I returned. Now, I'm angry because I feel he took advantage of

So my car overheated in the 100 + degree heat and it almost died in traffic. I got a recommendation to come to El Dorado Shell to get it checked out. Mohammed gave me an accurate diagnosis and an invoice for how much it would cost and even though it was a lot, my vehicle was at a point where it needed a lot of different things done to it.
