El Dorado Shell

Had a front wheel alignment on 6-2-23 and car lost alignment within a month. We called the to see if they could correct the alignment. But was told the are no guarantees as soon as you drive off the station.

I have recently visited El Dorado Shell for a tire alignment and then an oil/filter change on my 2019 Infinity QX80 and their team is very experienced and knowledgeable about their services. They are also very professional, attentive and have followed up both time to ensure I was satisfied with their work. While most businesses are losing their touch on Customer Service, this business is thriving on it! If you are looking to have you vehicle serviced, I highly recommend this business. These people are INCREDIBLY SHADY. Look at how their response distances themselves from what they did, but the person I met had several cars for sale on their property. I wouldn't go near this place at all I travelled from Austin to view a car that Mohammed was selling, and specifically asked him what some of the faults were before coming to see it. Based on his replies I thought it was in good shape. The vehicle had a lot more issues that I’d expect a repair shop to know about. For example, the turn signals weren’t even working 100%, so who knows how it passed inspection. Huge time wasters and dishonest sellers.
