Avila’s Auto Repair

I took my car to Avila's in December of 2019, and didn't get my car back until January 2020 over a fuel injector that needed to be repaired. We ended up having to pick my car up after WEEKS of not hearing back from the owner on the status of my car. My father called the shop, and every answer was "He isn't here. We will have him call you back" and nothing happened. Horrible customer service and it is absolutely impossible to talk to the owner for anything. My father and I ended up asking them to put the car back together so we could take it to a mechanic smart enough to fix it. When I got my car back from Avila's, the mechanics were too incompetent to put my car back together. My interior lights were turned off, my radio didn't work, and the computer system was messed up because he took it out, even though the issue was not related to the computer. He also took out my battery and didn't put the original one back, and the one I have now completely died on me and I had to spend $200 for

Top notch work from Horacio's expert mechanic's leave customer's with no choice but to pay it forward and be his living advertisers, telling friends and family about this little known gem of a shop. Truly a one stop shop. Avila's has: #1- Their own wrecker service, so if they are your shop for repairs the service is free. #2- They have expert mechanic's for both foreign and domestic vehicle's and trucks. #3- They do everything from inspection's, oil change, yes even change filters and windshield wipers if you don't know how (or just don't like to get dirty like me). #4- They really stand behind their work and motto "No job is to great or small". Friendly service added with doing the work in a timely manner. Not fast like most shops, who rush you in and out without explaining different options and the work being performed. Wrap this up with a bow and I give them 5-Stars. That's even going up against half of the majors who aren't locally owned, charge more and aren't as personable as thi
