Set up an appointment for a diagnostic on my vehicle. When I got there he claimed they couldn't do it because his OBD monitor couldn't read back to a 1998 vehicle. My son who is a diesel mechanic said the 1st and 2nd model OBD monitor would read my vehicle. They seemed like they didn't want to mess with my vehicle. My son looked at my vehicle and diagnosed my car without the use of an OBD monitor. It was a simple diagnosis and they could have easily figured it out. I do not recommend going there,they have tons of vehicles there that apparently aren't being worked on. They have very few mechanics there so I don't think they have the time or staff to complete manpower hours to complete any job. I would recommend going to another mechanic shop where they have the staff to work on your vehicle. I was told they only have 2 mechanics on Mondays,I don't know how many they have the rest of the week but apparently not many because the business is full of vehicles that aren't being worked on.

I have taken my truck to Ash Automotive three times in the last 3 years. The first two times were how I knew they were a trustworthy company. I took my truck there and told them what the problem was. Rather than having me bring it in so they could look at it, they told me to try a few things first. The fact that Ash was trying to save me money rather than get me in the garage was a true Testament to customer service. I just picked it up, again to get my alternator changed and when I asked them if there were any other problems they told me no. I fully trust that they, at least, gave it a close enough inspection to see if there were any other issues that would require attention. I will go out of my way to be a customer at Ash Automotive because I believe they're extremely trustworthy and they do good work
