Service King Collision South Waco (Now Crash Champions)

So far so good haven't got my car back yet from an insurance claim but they were helpful and friendly will update when work is completed

Contacting Service King was a complete waste of time! I will not be using or recommend anyone use this company. I recently purchased a used vehicle that had some scuffs and minor paint blemishes on the front bumper. I wanted to have the bumper repainted. So, I contacted Service King to get an estimate. I called and explained the situation to the Service King representative and I explained that I would like to have the bumper repainted. The representative stated they could help with that and asked if I would be filing an insurance claim or paying out of pocket. I explained that I would be paying out of pocket for the work. The representative set the appointment and sent me a confirmation via text. Upon arriving for the appointment, the desk clerk stated that they had completed all of their appointments for the day and didn’t have anymore appointments.
