I dropped my vehicle (Ford Explorer) off to the collision center on yesterday (3-30-23) and did not expect the work to be done in a day which was to repair the passenger side headlight. I was called at approximately 4:30 pm and was advised my vehicle was ready. They did great work and also washed my vehicle.
This is my second time using Richard Karr for collision repair and they’ve been easy to work with both times. Donnie as a service advisor is great and kept me informed along the way with regular unprompted status updates. Quality of repairs was great on both vehicles and always looks factory new when I pick up. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
