Pep Boys

Update: There is no update because these people made me upload copies of all the documents I had from my visit and email them to Pep Boys, That was on July 12, 2023 There were about 4 to 5 emails asking what going on and they kept promising to have a field rep call me but at this time six weeks later still no call back. Please stay as far away from this Waco location as you can, Can't imagine how many people they have stolen money from without any kind of repairs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I REPEAT! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They charged my nephew almost $800 to put a starter on his car and he got a block away & it quit on him. My sister took him back to Pep Boys & the mechanic Shon basically told her that he did his job and they won't fix it. When my nephew tried to bring in his own starter, they told him they don't accept outside starters, but the receipt clearly said they bought the starter that they put on his car from a outside business. They will mess over you & take your money. Do not take your car here!

I had my tires rotated. They stripped two lug nuts and hand tightened two. Got front in wobbles so bad. Took it to discount tire where they where able to put all the log nuts except one. Went back to pep boys in which the manager and owner said they watch a video in which they can see the tech putting the lug nuts on. Not to mention they lied said I had punctures in my front right tire. Took it in with 65 Lbs of air and got it back with 40. Where did 25 Lbs of air go? You tell me. Don’t waste your time go to discount where things are actually free and cheaper.
